Smoothies are perfect for a refreshing drink on a hot summers day, especially since they’re so easy to make and full of nutritious fruit! This tropical smoothie is a delicious combination of pineapple, mango and bananas.
Tropical Pineapple, Mango and Banana Smoothie
- 1 large pineapple
- 2 large mangoes
- 4 medium bananas
Firstly, prepare the pineapple by discarding the top, skin and core. Chop the pineapple flesh into small chunks. Peel the mangoes and chop into small pieces, whilst discarding the stones. Likewise, peel the bananas and break into chunks.
Place all the fruit into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour, drink and enjoy!
