Fig and Blueberry Power Smoothie

This fig and blueberry smoothie is a variation of my blueberry power smoothie which you can find here. The figs combined with the cashew butter, dates and banana makes the taste so deliciously sweet. This smoothie is simple to make and perfect when you need a quick power boost after exercise!

Fig and Blueberry Power Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 400g blueberries
  • 4 large fresh figs
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon of cashew butter
  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

Method:

Simply peel the bananas, pit the dates and chop up the figs. Then place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour, drink and enjoy!
