This blueberry smoothie is so easy to make, perfect for a quick power boost after exercise! The chia seeds and nut butter are engerising and filling whilst the dates and banana make this smoothie so deliciously sweet.
Blueberry Power Smoothie
- 300g blueberries
- 2 bananas
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon of cashew butter (or almond butter)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Simply peel the bananas and pit the dates. Then place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour, drink and enjoy!
