Smoothies are a great way to start the day, especially since they’re so quick and easy to make. I love the natural sweetness of the bananas and berries together.
Berry and Banana Smoothie
- 200g blueberries
- 200g raspberries
- 3 bananas
- 100ml natural full-fat yogurt (optional)
Start by peeling the bananas. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour, drink and enjoy!
